2. WEBSITE USE
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to:
Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems;
Introduce malicious software, viruses, or other harmful technology;
Interfere with the operation or security of the website;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Mount Zion Ministries;
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit MZM content without authorization; or
Use MZM's name, logo, materials, or intellectual property in a manner that falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect MZM, its members, visitors, systems, or legal interests.
3. SPIRITUAL AND EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
The information, teachings, articles, videos, prayers, mentorship materials, and other content available through MZM are provided for religious, spiritual, educational, and informational purposes.
Nothing on this website is intended to substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
Individuals should consult an appropriate qualified professional when professional assistance is required.
4. MEMBERSHIP AND COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
MZM may provide opportunities to become a member, supporter, volunteer, mentor, participant, or member of an affiliated ministry program.
Submitting an application, contribution, or request to participate does not automatically guarantee acceptance into a particular program or leadership position.
Membership requirements, participation standards, codes of conduct, program benefits, dues or contributions, and eligibility requirements may be established separately by MZM.
Membership in or financial support of MZM does not create an ownership interest in Mount Zion Ministries or its property.
MZM reserves the right to establish reasonable standards of conduct and participation consistent with its mission, governing documents, safeguarding policies, and applicable law.
5. YOUTH AND MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS
Certain MZM programs may involve mentorship or activities serving young people.
Participation in such programs may be subject to additional requirements, including applications, parental or guardian authorization where applicable, background screening, volunteer standards, codes of conduct, supervision requirements, and youth-protection policies.
Acceptance into a mentorship program is not guaranteed by submission of an application.
6. DONATIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS
MZM may accept voluntary donations and charitable contributions to support its religious, educational, charitable, mentorship, and community programs.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, a donation is a voluntary contribution and does not constitute the purchase of goods or services.
MZM reserves the right to decline, return, restrict, or redirect a contribution when reasonably necessary because of legal requirements, donor restrictions that MZM cannot reasonably administer, payment issues, fraud concerns, or conflicts with MZM's mission or policies.
Any statement concerning the potential tax treatment or deductibility of a contribution is subject to applicable law and MZM's tax-exempt status at the time of the contribution. Donors should consult their own tax advisers regarding their individual circumstances.
7. RECURRING CONTRIBUTIONS
If you authorize a recurring donation, membership contribution, or other recurring payment, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide at the frequency and amount disclosed during checkout.
Recurring contributions continue until canceled.
Instructions for managing or canceling recurring payments may be provided through the applicable payment processor or by contacting MZM.
Cancellation will apply to future charges and ordinarily will not reverse payments already processed.
8. REFUNDS
Donations are generally considered final once processed.
However, MZM may consider a refund when a contribution was made in error, duplicated, made in an incorrect amount, or involved unauthorized use of a payment method.
Requests should be submitted promptly to MZM with sufficient information to identify the transaction.
Membership, event, program, merchandise, or other payments may be subject to separate refund or cancellation terms disclosed at the time of purchase or registration.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
MZM may use third-party providers for website hosting, payment processing, email communications, analytics, forms, scheduling, video, social media, or other services.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
MZM is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, security practices, availability, content, or policies of third-party websites and services.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the MZM name, logos, graphics, photographs, written materials, prayers, educational materials, videos, website designs, publications, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Mount Zion Ministries and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Content may be viewed and shared for personal, noncommercial purposes when attribution to Mount Zion Ministries is maintained.
Commercial reproduction, modification, publication, sale, licensing, or distribution requires prior written permission from MZM.
11. USER SUBMISSIONS
When you voluntarily submit messages, testimonials, photographs, stories, applications, comments, or other material to MZM, you represent that you have the right to provide that material.
MZM will not publicly use a person's private submission, photograph, or testimonial for promotional purposes without any consent required by applicable law or MZM policy.
